Laura M. Olvera, MPA
Laura Olvera is President and Owner of eAutoFeedback, LLC after purchasing the company and software from
William 'Bill' Myers in May of 2017. Laura has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern Illinois
University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University
of Missouri at Kansas City and has over 20 years of experience in working with businesses in the areas of
office management, business operations, and consulting. Her expertise focuses on assisting others in reducing
their administrative burdens, through the use of technology and workflow analysis, in order to more
effectively address client needs in a professional and timely manner.
Over her professional career, she has served as Clinic Manager/Special Projects for Health Midwest Physician Services Corporation, Operations Manager II for Medical Management Professionals/CBIZ, and Director of Veterinary Services for the Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Kansas City. In addition, Laura was President and Owner of Value Healthcare Consulting, LLC from 2010 to 2018 which provided healthcare business operations consulting and coaching to medical and dental offices; and President and Owner of The Synergy Connection, LLC from 2014 to 2018 which provided management and administrative oversight to professional associations.
She has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Medical Group Managers Association: Northwest Missouri and is currently a member of the following professional associations: P.E.O.: Philanthropic Educational Organization supporting Cottey College | ACA: American Club Association - a Business Club | ESPA: Event Service Professionals Association | WW: Wise Women of Kansas City | IAW: International Association of Women
Laura oversees both the Sales and Customer Support teams at eAutoFeedback, LLC.
